Short Description (199 characters max)
Let’s transform experiences into a cohesive story, build trust, and release patterns. I welcome all identities and focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar, substance use, and neurodiversity.
Description (2950 characters max)
I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, bipolar challenges, trauma, invalidation, and relational struggles. These can often feel like relentless obstacles, leaving you drained, isolated, or questioning your own strengths. My aim is to create an environment where it feels safe to explore these concerns openly, no matter how overwhelming or entrenched they may seem.

For those navigating active substance use, I offer a nonjudgmental space to hold all the complexity, fear, and hope that accompanies letting go of old habits. Substance use often begins as a solution to escape pain or discomfort but can evolve into an additional weight on your journey. I understand the courage it takes to question that once-relied-upon relief, and I’m here to help guide you through new possibilities that honor your unique circumstances and goals.

Because identity and personal history deeply shape our experiences, I actively include and welcome all your layers. This includes, but is not limited to, BIPOC/QPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, ADHD, and those on the autism spectrum. My practice is rooted in the belief that each person’s story deserves to be seen, heard, and valued without fear of dismissal or misunderstanding. Your individuality matters, and I strive to create an inclusive environment where all of who you are can be acknowledged and supported.

To best meet your needs, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including attachment-informed psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed parts work. We’ll identify which methods resonate most strongly with you, tailoring our sessions to reflect your evolving goals. These strategies help uncover core issues, strengthen coping skills, and foster self-compassion, all while honoring the complexity of your personal history.

Throughout our collaborative work, I remain focused on cultivating a sense of safety, curiosity, and growth. My goal is to empower you to navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience, deepen your connections with yourself and others, and embrace a more meaningful, fulfilling path. Whether you’re seeking help for a specific issue or simply feeling called to grow and reconnect, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Therapy is not a linear journey, but it can be a profoundly liberating one. Together, we’ll transform tangled
