I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, bipolar challenges, trauma, invalidation, and relational struggles. These can often feel like relentless obstacles, leaving you drained, isolated, or questioning your own strengths. My aim is to create an environment where it feels safe to explore these concerns openly, no matter how overwhelming or entrenched they may seem.
For those navigating active substance use, I offer a nonjudgmental space to hold all the complexity, fear, and hope that accompanies letting go of old habits. Substance use often begins as a solution to escape pain or discomfort but can evolve into an additional weight on your journey. I understand the courage it takes to question that once-relied-upon relief, and I’m here to help guide you through new possibilities that honor your unique circumstances and goals.
Because identity and personal history deeply shape our experiences, I actively include and welcome all your layers. This includes, but is not limited to, BIPOC/QPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, ADHD, and those on the autism spectrum.
