My approach is from a humanistic, existential lens. This framework allows me the flexibility to meet with a wide variety of presenting issues and therapeutic needs with each client. An area of specialty is working with teens. My style, generally speaking, is relational and active/collaborative. The environment I try to cultivate in my sessions is the building of rapport through emotional safety and, by extension, trust.
